Bell's Palsy is a condition in which the muscles of half of our face become weak and suddenly they become weak and this is very distressing for many people because most of the people who are victims of this are young people and adults, mostly they are working and they are very fond of this thing when half of their face gets paralyzed and is not able to function properly.
First of all, why this happens, mostly its existence is not known but it is said that it is a virus which infects the facial nerve which is the facial nerve and provides sensations to our face.

Symptoms

Treatment
First of all general care is very important because when your muscles are paralyzed they need regular massage and exercise. If you do not exercise and massage them then That stiffness can change permanently, you should first apply the heat pack on the face and then massage it gently.
